Defense:
1: As your attacker approaches take a wide step out into a wide horse stance and catch the top of their arms with your elbows, aiming to strike the radial nerves
2: Bounce your hands up into your attackers throat with double spear hands
3: Slide down to grab their right bicep with your left hand and C-Step forward with your right foot, striking to their chest or throat with your right elbow, pushing them off balance.
4: Upward rising elbow to the face with your right elbow, chambering your right hand for the downward back hammer fist to the top of their nose with the same hand.
5: Twist your hips and feet for power in a left handed palm press forward to push your opponent away
