Strangle Hold
Attack: Rear naked choke from behind
Defense:
1: Bring your right hand up to grab their right arm, left hand comes over and across to the inside of their right elbow .
2: Drop all your body weight down and pull with your left hand to tuck your chin in the crook of their arm to open up your airway
3: Big step to the right as you simultaneously pull their right hand down and left elbow into their stomach. Don’t let go of their right wrist in your right hand
4: With your left leg, C-step behind your opponent, putting pressure on the back of their shoulder with your left hand, duck under their arm, which should still be trapped by your right hand on their wrist.
5: Put pressure on the back of the shoulder for control or put pressure on the back of the elbow to break.
