Attack: Straight right punch

Defense :

1: Step forward with your left foot at a 45° angle: if you’re looking at a clock face you will be stepping to about 10 o’clock

2: Left hand parry block moving your head out of the way

3: Right arm upward “Truth” block into a rolling reverse punch grazing the ribs

4: Snake your right hand to the back shoulder of your opponent and place your left hand on the back, push down with your hands and bring your knee up for the knee strike into the chest or head.

5: Return your right foot to its starting position, using your right hand you will create a downward and outward raking ridge hand to expose the base of the neck

6: Left hand chop straight to the back of the neck

7: Right hand chop to the middle of the back; or right elbow to the back depending on the proximity of your opponent.

*Ensure with each chop and strike you are properly rotating your hips and feet for maximum power and speed in your strikes.
